Can a super capacitor be discharged down 0 V?

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Most super capacitors (supercaps) can be discharged down to 0 V and recharged to their maximum voltage with the manufacturer recommended charge current.

The longer the supercapacitor is held on charge the lower the leakage current of the device. The reported leakage current is a measurement of the charging current after holding the device at rated voltage for 72 hours continuous, at room temperature.
