The modular battery cabinet must only be used with the Easy UPS 3S with internal batteries. Failure to follow these instructions will result in death or serious injury. Refer to the UPS installation manual for detailed specifications for the UPS system. Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment damage.

How do you install a classic Battery Cabinet?

Position the Empty Classic Battery Cabinet. Mechanical installation. Follow one of the procedures: Mechanical Installation for Bottom Cable Entry. Mechanical Installation for Top Cable Entry. Mechanical Installation for Bottom Cable Entry. Mechanical Installation for Top Cable Entry. Connect the Signal Cables. Connect the Power Cables from the UPS.

How to choose UPS battery cabinets?

Furthermore, the cabinets need to offer removable hinged doors so that the UPS system can be easily accessed. Doors need to be locked for safety and security. UPS Battery Cabinets have to be designed to house most front terminal batteries. Your UPS Battery Cabinets should have removable side panels so that cables can be easily installed.

How do you install a modular battery cabinet?

Move the modular battery cabinet to the final installation area using a forklift. Remove the ramp from the pallet and remove the shipping material. Place the ramp in front of the pallet. Loosen the bolts and remove the shipping brackets. Dispose of the shipping brackets. Roll the modular battery cabinet down from the pallet.
