Container Carriers provided with a fire-fighting piping system and additional fire-fighting equipment in compliance with Section 2 of this Guide will be eligible for the notation FOC. Container Carriers fitted with fire-fighting equipment and arrangements complying with Section 3 of this Guide will be eligible for the notation FOC-R.
