What is a high voltage battery tester?

The High Voltage Battery Tester is a modular system whose functions can be customized according to customer requirements and test conditions. The HVBT system is integrated into the customer's functional safety systems in the assembly process. The HVBT controls the charging and discharging of the HV battery for production, transport and delivery.

How can a 10BASE-T1S battery management system improve voltage monitoring?

Higher voltage monitoring could be achieved by stacking more modules while using 10Base-T1S Bus for isolated communication. This battery management solution offers state-of-charge determination using coulomb-counting and passive cell-balancing. It also comes with GUI support showing battery level and balancing.

What is a preconfigured battery test bench?

A preconfigured battery test bench enables efficient, precise and user-friendly battery testing, which can be beneficial in research and development as well as industrial production. The P280-200 battery test system is a stand-alone system that can be used in both the development and production of battery modules and systems.

How do I simulate a high-voltage battery?

We use the BMS HIL system to simulate the high-voltage battery used in an electric or hybrid car to evaluate a BMS control logic and failure diagnosis. We used Simulink to create a battery model and then used the LabVIEW Simulation Interface Toolkit to apply the battery model to the development platform.
